School Site of the Week

Westwood High School

Name: Westwood High School

Westwood High School is located in Austin, Texas. Links on this Website are categorized into four areas: Main, Class Web Pages, Westwood Information, and Area Info. This structure makes it simple for staff, students, and parents to quickly find whatever they're looking for.

How to use the site:
This site includes several nice features. Each class (e.g., 2007, 2008) has its own area for announcements relevant to that group of students. Teachers in nearly every department have at least some presence on the Web, ranging from simple informational pages to extensive classroom Websites. The Technology section features information and tutorials for hardware and software. Most teacher visitors will find these technology resources useful in their own classrooms.
